Extended Replacement Cost & Construction Accounting

Extended Replacement Cost & Construction Accounting Hey all, so we're inching closer to a construction date. As the day gets closer, I've been looking for information or resources regarding construction accounting with insurance coverage in mind. Our policy included Coverage A (main structure), Other (garage), Code Upgrades, Landscaping, Debris Removal, and Extended Replacement Cost. All of those coverage buckets have been sent to our mortgage company except the Extended Replacement Cost (ERC). Since we will need to justify access to ERC, I want to ensure my documentation is solid so it doesn't become a battle. Also, our new home will be larger so I'm sure the ERC won't be available for this additional square footage. Does anyone have any guidance/information/resources for accessing ERC? Thank you!
