How to capture HAR data

  1. 1.Open the social media page in Chrome or Edge
  2. 2.Open DevTools (F12 or Cmd+Option+I)
  3. 3.Go to the Network tab
  4. 4.Browse and scroll through the posts you want to capture
  5. 5.Right-click anywhere in the Network panel and select "Save all as HAR with content"
  6. 6.Upload the saved .har file here

HAR files capture the raw API responses from the platform, giving the best structured data. Make sure to scroll through all the posts you want before saving.
