What I said went over your head 😂. Insurance companies Informally transfer risk to their insured all the time. If you worked in the industry you would know what underwriting does and increasing rates informally, risk pooling, indemnification clauses and other methods. Some are on paper, others are not. 📑 Why do you think people have seen huge jumps in rates from 20-30% or more?
