My firm has raised several funds and I invest a few hundred k in each of them. Plus I have some individual private investments included in that number as well. We had some $ from a few other sources so I was able to invest heavily in the funds. Carry I have decent amount vested but I count it as $0 til it’s in my pocket as I have seen many friends have funds not pay out on carry if hold periods extend or returns aren’t as good as hoped
