If that is the only insurer you can find then your risk of a loss or total loss are pretty darn high. Even if the fair plan is the best insurance out there do you really want to live with that looming over you? What if the fair plan has to drastically increase rates? You have no other option. What if you need to sell? How big is that market going to be? Just some food for thought.
