We have been lucky enough to have a very nice and transparent adjuster. He knows we are building back bigger. We have 25% ERC. Does your ERC have a percentage cap? Our adjuster basically said to me that we are going to hit that no matter what. He said they would basically just compare the price per square foot given that we will be building bigger.
