My department covers U.K. and Republic of Ireland but each of our European teams have country specific trials operations. Mostly due to language really as you would need to be able to read the hospital records. I was involved in a audit recently though and found out that internal audit team actually cover the whole region. CRAs have to translate all the patient records for the if the auditor doesn’t speak the local language!
