You can't really believe that people are going to engage in daily, in-person cash transactions for a campsite. Everything is through hipcamp and Airbnb. The management of these properties would be a far cry from the management structure of a National Forest, which maintain rangers, maintenance people, and  resource managers, most of which are full-time positions tasked with, among other things, fire safety and the safety of the users.
