High Wildfire Area - California - Homeowners Insurance cost?

High Wildfire Area - California - Homeowners Insurance cost? I live in a high wildfire area of California. I hear horror stories of insurance companies cancelling homeowners insurance due to wildfire risks and people having to use the California FAIR plan and how expensive it is... So we are FTHB, only rented, never owned - how do I estimate how much homeowners insurance is going to cost me? I’ve attempted to get some quotes on random properties but no one ever gets back to me. Anyone live in a high wildfire area and can give me a ballpark figure? Looking at using a USDA 502 Direct Loan... pre-qualified for $415k but waiting on COE.
