Psychiatrist that actually helps? I need a psychiatrist/nurse practitioner wtv that will actually take me seriously and help. I can’t believe the stuff I tell mine and she doesn’t recommend more effective drugs. Just antidepressants. I told mine today I’m so disconnected that it’s hard to walk, and she is now tapering me off of medicine and wouldn’t even tell me about what the next steps could be after I taper off. I need some real help. A doctor that isn’t scared of medication. Cuz I’m not, I’m scared of not being okay.
