I live up there, bought my house in Nov '21, and my plan through State Farm is only like $150/mo. I'm not sure how that happened, since apparently it's impossible? But my realtor did it all for me, so maybe I should give you her name. My house is worth less than half (about $640K) of what you're looking at, though. So it won't be as cheap as my plan, obviously.
