Been on furlough since April and collecting unemployment, wife and I under my company's insurance plan. Got laid off two weeks ago and she is due in early October. We've paid $900 into our $2000 deductible so far and I'm wondering if it'd be worth it keeping the insurance and premiums etc through COBRA (or really wtf that is) vs having her jump on her company plan alone for $2500 deductible (thats currently at $0 paid into it) OR if we both go on it it's a $5000 deductible ($0 currently paid into it) Any advice is welcome.
