California E&S Insurance

It’s in a fire zone, but there are areas near the coast nearby that are close by canyons in my county that also can’t get homeowners coverage and rely on cal fair. Literally 2 miles or less from the coast and cannot get coverage. Dont let it dampen your purchase, because odds are, you’ll likely be denied fire insurance unless right on the coast, or in a heavily urbanized area of California.
