California E&S Insurance

I applied to Geico online and they sent me a PAPER LETTER requesting documents to prove things that they certainly knew already. And when I didn't email them within a few days (there was no deadline stated in the letter), they sent me ANOTHER paper letter to say that the deadline had passed and I that my application was now dropped. I'm going to try AAA next.
