California E&S Insurance

Have been insured by a certain carrier for 35 out of the last 37 years. Current property insured since 2010, no claims, hydrant in front of property, no trees nearby, not in a flood zone, not an area prone to fire, tornado, earthquake...and a 54% rate increase at renewal! It was interesting how many other carriers want my business. Hope this stuff bites CEO's in their yearly bonuses.
