Good tip. Once we get to signing with a contractor, I'll put that on them to specify the Code Upgrades. From my understanding, if we need special materials for upgrades, we would apply the base cost to Coverage A then the upgrade to Code Upgrade. For instance, if normal window is $100 and a fire-rated window is $120. Only $20 gets applied to the Code Upgrade. Is that your understanding?
