Real estate market in grass valley/Nevada city area? I’m looking at moving to the area. It seems that there’s a lot of houses for sale, how has the market been lately? Are people leaving because of fire risk? Certain areas seem to have a lot of homes for sale like Alta Sierra and Lake Wildwood. Is there a mass exodus due to insurance and wild fire? I know that fire insurance is only through the California fair plan.
