I can give you feedback from the buyer's agent side of things...it's REALLY hard to book appointments. I don't know what the sellers sees, but I've submitted multiple requests for different properties and never get any kind of response. Once I got approved for a property, only to show up and there's no lockbox, no one answering the door, no way to get into the house. If you're going to use Houzeo or any FSBO service, make sure your direct contact info to book showings is published and visible to buyers and buyer's agents. Don't let them restrict you using only their website for showings. Super frustrating to not be able to show a house that's a good fit for buyer client.
