Well there is a reason where the fires burned there are no vineyards. They are not suitable for planting grapes. So the idea that the city or others wanted to burn them to plant more vineyards is wrong. This fire will have a huge negative effect on tourism and on the wine that the wine industry produces. It will negatively effect the economy and everyone connected to napa. Which is why the idea of a conspiracy here for insurance money makes little to no sense
