Farmers wants to do a 2nd home inspection

Farmers wants to do a 2nd home inspection Summary: -filed a claim last June 2024 (Farmers considered secondary) -got a partial payout -had to close claim due to difficulties filing a primary claim with my HOA -reopened Farmers last month now that HOA open to paying out as the primary insurer - Farmers informed me that previous inspection information (photos, measurements, notes) were lost; apparently previous adjuster was fired Question: is this a tactic to deny further claims from insurance companies? I have no trust with insurance companies given my difficulties over these past months (even filed a complaint with the California Department of Insurance). Help! Advice needed on how to handle this scenario
