I mean seeing H06’s compared to H03’s was a bit cheaper. Just don’t buy in a brush area and be aware of those areas around your homes. One simple google earth view and you can tell if it’s worth it or not. As far as claims go you’re right. If there was a water loss on your specific unit I wouldn’t. Not trying to have a minimum of 5k/2k deductibles on a water loss that wasn’t associated with me.
