You get the service that you pay for in this life. The fact that you have had your home on the market for 7 days and have had 0 showings is absolutely inexcusable in this sellers market. You would have had 100 showings and an accepted offer by now if you used an experienced agent to price and market your property. Your saving nothing and probably will net 10-20% less than if you listed the house with an actual broker. Also, once you put it on MLS, the days on market build up and after 10 days still active the buyers begin to believe that there is a problem with the house and you'll start getting lowball offers
