California E&S Insurance

If you have 20-40% of homeowners in CA unable to get traditional homeowners or earthquake insurance that's going to be a massive economic disaster when an event happens. I don't think home ownership is really coddling, home ownership is pretty much the only significant investment left for many middle class families and it's something aspirational for even working class families.
