But [enhanced moderation is on](https://www.reddit.com/r/bayarea/comments/195xvo5/restrictions_that_apply_to_political_and_crime/) so only users who are regulars of the subreddit can comment. Posting phone numbers or encouraging harassment is against reddit's site wide rules regardless of your motives.
