Exactly! Just this weekend my MIL told us some family drama - my husband's cousin just got a new job after looking for 5 months, but 'forgot' to tell his wife that it will involve spending weeks abroad on the regular. They have 2 kids under 5. That alone is looking like it's going to cause a divorce. Can't even imagine how I would react if my husband got a new job and then expected me to uproot the whole family overseas.
