The denial letter just copy pasted the relevant clauses to the claim. They provided no physical evidence of anything, literally just that they had 11 claims.
Nope, the policy states any overflow is covered, regardless of reason, unless of course it's from a flood. Flood is defined in the policy and the conditions were not met.
They won't even send an adjuster, I doubt they're paying an engineer to come to my house. They've literally done nothing.
