yes, we run a brokerage that sells a lot of CA and WA SFH policies and the cost of insurance in NorCal, especially in high risk wildfire areas, continues to skyrocket. based on our data WA seems to be a much more stable and affordable insurance market at this time. we still find something for folks, including a lot of FAIR alternatives, but more and more users are getting put on the plan + DIC as mentioned by the parent comment
