In my case, DHPT wasn't there as a sustain but as a support/subdps. Your Phainon gets his atk buff from Cerydra though, so he doesn't need DHPT. Between E1S1 Bronya and E2S1 DHPT, DHPT brought higher Phainon dmg. In matters of team cost, I did say that it's not the lowest cost. The advantage it has is that the 2 older characters (Sunday and RM) can still be switched out in the following months, with whatever one wants. The person I replied to doesn't want to get Cyrene.
