Everyone is using satellite images now. You can get quotes on anything (gutters, walls, roofs, etc) just based on your images. We used satellite images to judge neighborhoods too when looking for houses. Backyards with huge clutters of junk = rats and other issues (that was our reasoning). Makes sense insurance would use it.
