We've been dealing with Progressive non-renewing over roof conditions three months after a major tornado with open claims for the roof. They will rarely lift the non-renewal even with documentation that the roof has been replaced or is scheduled to be replaced (paid invoices, etc). Any reason to shed business off the books is a good reason.
