[CA] Planning to fight a $490 red light camera ticket via written declaration. Have a template, but am I better of leaving out the statement about the photo being unclear when it's fairly clear that I'm driving?

**EDIT:** I should note that I didn't just blow through a red light; I took a right just as a light turned red (right on red is legal in CA), but was rolling as I slowed to approach the intersection, and the camera decided that was worth $500. I'm a very careful driver.
Thanks for reading.
[Here's the template in question](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1OjIop1zkkxCR61oSN4QOEQllswoDuY3C0GHMphTBN8Q/edit), which I found on this very helpful [reddit post](https://www.reddit.com/r/LosAngeles/comments/7g9j5o/my_culver_city_red_light_camera_experience/) in which OP details exactly the ticket I received, also in Culver City.
The template looks good overall and I plan to show up to the courthouse in person to deliver it on Monday morning (the due date), but I'm a bit concerned about Statement I, wherein the letter moves to dismiss the violation on grounds that the photo of the driver isn't clear enough and doesn't display discernible facial features that could positively identify me.
The photo is pretty clearly me (I have a beard, same hairstyle, etc.), so I'm considering cutting out Argument I and just submitting the letter with the latter arguments intact. I may be making too much of it, but I'm a little uneasy about signing under penalty of perjury about the photographic bit, and I'm worried that it might weaken my case if the judge decides that I'm pushing it.
Might the latter arguments be sufficient, or am I within my rights to submit it as is? (A lawyer originally put this together and I imagine it's pretty boilerplate stuff for this kind of violation.)
Thanks so much for any input here!
