Id love to get concrete,  structurally I'm not sure my house would support it and concrete roofers are harder to come by for reroofs or repairs. The houses near the zoo still had blue tarps on them a year after the hailstorm that hit that area.  We were building the new hippo exhibit, so I got to see it shortly after it hit and then again after the exhibit opened.
