California E&S Insurance

They are getting insurance.  IDK if the Claims Experience Letter helped, or if they are paying a boatload, or if this insurer is just cheaper/less concerned about the history for some reason.  So I don't really have an answer. I will not be sad to no longer be a landlord or CA property owner.
