What is the flood insurance situation in West Sacramento? Looking at houses in West Sacramento but wondering about the homeowners insurance situation there... what is the flood zone type? Will insurance rates skyrocket, or will carriers stop providing insurance altogether like they are in wildfire areas and hurricane areas of the country? I read that they built 200 year flood levees, this should provide relief? At some point there will be a major flood in the area...
