Between insurance and interest rates, I’m pretty sure we will die in our current home.
EDIT: I mean my wife and I are unlikely to sell our home, we have a crazy low interest and payment is under a grand (4bd2ba 2 car garage). We will be paid off before retirement and as long as our legs hold out for the stairs we won’t leave
