Had something similar happen with State Farm where they kept moving the goalposts after I'd already fixed half their list. These companies are all fleeing CA and using any excuse to drop policies, even longtime customers The "loyalty doesn't matter anymore" thing hits hard - 10 years with them and they pull this crap over some trees that were getting removed anyway
