Denied coverage from insurance because of fire hazard

Denied coverage from insurance because of fire hazard Hello, looking for guidance. We have a new construction here in CO (south of Denver) and the first two companies I've applied for coverage with have denied coverage because of fire risk. So far Amica and Connect (Costco's insurance) auto declined us. Amica was able to share that they use Zesty ([https://www.zesty.ai/](https://www.zesty.ai/)) and they rate homes for fire risk. Anything higher than a 3 requires manager approval and our home (in a development with 900 planned homes) was ranked a 6. It's concerning to me, given the fact that its a new build. We're quite literally right across the street from a ISO Class 2 – Fire Accredited Agency fire department and it doesn't seem like anyone can provide any info as to how we were ranked. Anyone have issues like this before?
