CA Fair Plan- OFAC?? Hi everyone, a quick question. I'm a bit perplexed. The California Fair Plan sent a notice about the State's Office of Foreign Assets Control even before approving a quote. I've never seen this before. Can anyone shed light on what this is, and how should I explain it to the customer? Thanks!
