That's like 4 carriers and some specific plans in some areas, if your contracted with other carriers you can avoid those plans. I agree with PDP. I help so many people who got put on a shit plan by some shit agent lieing to them. Yea retention sucks you cant stop forgetful or uninformed people from calling or clicking on ads. I just call my book and check in and inform them about AEP and to give me a call if any agency say they can get them a better plan. If they are actually offering a better plan you get stepped on somtimes it happens.
