All the overdue maintenance will be your responsibility (well, your cost at least, shared with the other owners). It doesn't matter whether the repairs directly benefit you or not. The lack of service charge and list of issues would make me concerned that this building is not being well looked after, and that further deferring repairs will lead to costs spiralling later.
