Yeah, but my point is that my wildfire risk did not actually increase in any way over the course of 3 days…. So while the letter stating the reason for dropping me after only 3 days said “increased wildfire risk”, that was actually a lie… because nothing changed over those 3 days that would objectively increase the actual risk….. a more truthful reason would have been “decreased tolerance for wildfire risk by insurer” because the risk for wildfire at my house was objectively the exact same amount of risk as when my application was accepted.
If my policy had started years before then their statement would have made sense, but it had only started 3 days prior, so it was clearly bullshit.
