Fire risk map? Homeowner insurance Hello everyone, I am moving in Los Angeles county ( Santa Clarita area) within the next few weeks. I am planing to buy an house but I am having huge struggles to find a homeowner insurance. Any recommendations on the insurance and also if the location of a home matters? ( like avoiding having a backyard next the brushes? Or this does not matter as the problem is everywhere in the area?) Thank you very much. We are excited to join the area.
