\- I am familiar with the HOI across the US aas they all have risk mitigation and management process. Many HOI providers are no longer writting new policies in many states. Some states like Florida facing massive exodus wrote laws that blackmails insurers, one was if you sell AUTO insurance, you have to offer HOI and thats backfiring.
\- one white paper I read last summer basically said in 5 years, its likely NO private insurer will offer HOI in Florida and the state govt will have to underwrite,one of the most corrupt state govts in the country...imagine how that will work out as they may have to do this for auto insurance
