Cremation services cost

Cremation services cost Hello. My brother unexpectedly passed away yesterday. We’re helping my sister-in-law and nephews arrange the funeral and everything that will come after. We haven’t really gone through this process before here in the US since all of us are first-generation immigrants. Unfortunately, my brother is the main breadwinner for his family so of course we’re trying to find a good balance between cost and a decent way to say farewell. The family decided to go with cremation with the addition of a memorial services. I’m still a bit shocked about the price of a cremation package but if that’s the normal price, the family is willing to help out. Just googling a bit seems like the quote that we received is much more expensive than normal. Anyway, I apologize to open old wounds to those who’ve been through something similar. I just don’t want us to get taken advantage of as much as possible. For those who have information, is the attached quote that we received look fair?
