100%. I’m in a desirable area of OC, and in the last year, all the homes listed for 1.7-2M have been sitting for months until they bring down the price to 1.6-1.8. One beautiful home even sat for 7 months despite lowering the price 200k until it was taken off the market by the agent. OP if you need to sell, be prepared to sell for 200k less than what you’re expecting. If you can’t take that hit, just keep renting it out.
