Whatever it would normally cost, you can double or triple or quadruple that.
Killz has a paint that is $100 a gallon. You could always try that paint and then redo drywall if it is not satisfactory.
I would guess that it is possible to clean cabinets to remove smoke. The issue would be how.much damage is done during the process. If you have non-custom cabinets, you can pretty easily get a quote on replacing just the fronts.
If you decide to replace drywall, it would make sense to do it ASAP to get in ahead of all of the framing crews who will be building new wood frame houses. :(
