I mean honestly that would probably just end up in our monthly payment through fees. The biggest thing would be to not subsidize communities that have knowingly built right into high fire hazard zones with the FAIR plan. Look into CA’s requirements for insurance companies to cover the shortfall of the FAIR plan. Our increase in rates is basically all of us in less risky zones paying extra so insurance companies can cover coming to the FAIR plans aid if Big Bear, South Lake Tahoe, Idyllwild or Arrowhead ever go up.
