I'm on Fair plan. I think I filed on either the 8th or 9th online. I just got a call from the person who will be going to the property to let me know they can't access it yet but would go when they could, and he gave me the name and number of the examiner assigned to our claim. My guess is that FAIR plan is going to take longer than some of the private insurers just due to the size and staffing. Did you file your claim online? DId you at least get two follow up emails -- one that just says "weve received your claim" and then another with the sub "IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR CLAIM" and then your claim number? It has some attachments. I also tried calling but after being on hold for like 40+ minutes I would just get kicked to a voice mail box, even though I didn't select the "press one to leave a message" option
