Very limited coverage? As in not paying for theft of personal property, not paying for damage from plumbing leaks, and not covering liability? That's exactly how it works, that's exactly how their policy is written. But can you please explain to me how it makes sense for a policy that has limited coverage including fire and smoke is allowed to pay zero when people have $70,000 worth of clean up of soot, / ash/char with toxic chemicals in their house? Are you saying that the coverage should be so limited as to be non-existent? Do you realize the fair plan was offering zero for a lot of houses like that? Zero!
