I worked at a daycare that gave 0 employee discounts. I literally worked for them just to give back almost my whole check. I remember my last month there I told my boss Karen, (yes that is her real name and she is the walking example of the name), that I can't afford to work for them just to give them back my check. Her little mind couldn't compute that they didn't pay me enough to pay them for the daycare! She actually tried to get me to with for her again a couple years ago. I was picking my kid up from her dad at the Easter dinner in the church, (daycare was in the church), when she asked me to come back to work for her years after I last worked there. I'm on disability now. I told her that and mentioned my health problems would keep me from working there anyway. Her response read that no one wants to work anymore. I laughed at that. If I could work, I sure in tf wouldn't work for her again.
